Welcome to our website. By accessing or using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any bookings or interactions on our site.

1. About Us

We are a candle rental and staging service based in Egypt, offering customizable candle packages for weddings, events, and special occasions. Our services are currently available exclusively within Egypt, but we plan to expand soon.

2. Use of the Website

By using this website, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old or are accessing the website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

  • You agree not to use the website for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion if we believe a user’s behavior violates applicable laws or harms our business.

3. Booking Process

All bookings are made via our online form. By submitting a booking request, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Your booking is not confirmed until reviewed and accepted by our team.

We do not show live inventory or guarantee availability before booking. We will contact you to confirm your selections and event details.

4. Payment

Upon submitting a booking request, an email will be sent to the provided email address containing more information, including the total amount to be paid for your booking request.

​Payment terms will be clearly communicated before confirmation.

​

  • For bookings made more than one week before the event date:

    • A 50% down payment is required to secure the booking.

    • The remaining 50% is due no later than 7 days before the event.

  • For bookings made within one week of the event date:

    • 100% payment is required upfront to secure the booking.

 
Offer Validity:

Any pricing offer or quote sent via email is valid for 30 days from the date it was issued. Other than that, pricing may be updated at any time based on availability, seasonal demand, or changes in service scope.

Payments are currently only supported through Instapay, cash, or bank transfer, with future plans to accept payments through payment providers (e.g., Kashier, PayPal, Stripe).

5. Cancellations and Refunds

If a booking is cancelled within one week of the original booking date, and the event is still more than one week away, a refund may be issued upon request.

Cancellations made less than one week before the event are non-refundable.

​

6. Service Delivery

We handle all aspects of the candle rental process:

  • Sourcing and preparation

  • Delivery and staging at your venue

  • Post-event collection and cleanup

Our team will coordinate logistics with you or your event planner. You are responsible for ensuring access to the venue at agreed times.

7. Candle Whisperers at Events

We provide Candle Whisperers to assist with the setup, supervision, and collection of our candles during your event. They wear our Elegant Candles branded clothes. Their responsibilities include:

 

  • Unloading the candles from transportation vehicles (e.g., trucks, minibuses) upon arrival at the venue.

  • Setting up the candles around the venue, following the event planner’s instructions, if provided.

  • Monitoring the candles throughout the event to ensure they remain lit, safe, and in their designated locations.

  • Collecting the candles at the end of the event and loading them back onto the transportation vehicles.

To ensure the quality and safety of our service, Candle Whisperers must be allowed to remain at the venue for the entire duration of the event. They are accountable for any damages, losses, or issues that occur to the candles during the event as long as the candles are not damaged or mishandled by event guests or the event planner.

In the event that any candles are broken or go missing due to mishandling or negligence from the guests or event planner, the customer will be responsible for covering the cost of the damages. Candle Whisperers will assist in identifying the cause of any damage, but they are only responsible for candles under their direct supervision.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are expected to:

  • Provide accurate event details and requirements

  • Prevent any misuse or damage to our candles and props

  • Ensure a safe environment for setup and takedown

  • Allow Candle Whisperers to remain at the venue for the entire event duration​

9. Intellectual Property

All images, text, designs, and branding on this site are the intellectual property of Elegant Candles and may not be copied or used without written permission.

​

10. Limitation of Liability

We strive to provide high-quality service but are not liable for delays or issues caused by unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, venue access, force majeure). Our liability is limited to the value of your booking.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and will apply to all future use of the site.
